Just noticed my father’s dictionary which he still uses, has an amazing character to it, still has his signature stamp to it, and dated back to 1975 (ROC Year 64).
It’s great to see some beautiful simple, well cut and comfortable designs coming out of Australia, Bassike is one of them.
A concept by Deborah Sams and Mary Lou Ryan, they comment:
The name is intended to say it all: Bassike, a label of lust-worthy proportions born out of the simple desire to provide wardrobe staples that could be worn with ease (and a certain degree of non-chalance).
Currently stocked in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Uk and Europe.
I love the future and all that it brings, and I love it even more when a product makes me feel like I’m ready and living in the future.
According to Stone Island:
A high visibility jacket reflecting even the faintest light. This extremely reflective fabric has been coated with thousands of micro glass balls. It has been hand sprayed onto the finished garments and then oven dried. The handmade aspect of the process creates an uneven liquid effect on the surface.
I just love their minimalistic campaigns too.
Our fashion photographer Paul PJ Cheng and fashion stylist Mikaela Edri teams up for the cover shoot of Men’s Health Cool Guy 2010 October issue. Mikaela also styled the spectacular talent show for the 16 finalists for their annual Men’s Health Cool Guy fashion show. The finalist also had a chance for our cover shoot with Chinese actress, 霍思燕.

I just love large format magazines, it’s always so spectacular to see content at this size. The Last Magazine was no exception, like Acne Paper, it was love at first sight.
